Tried to install twice and can't get it to submit to even make a account can I please get this issue fixed
I am unable to confirm my access code on my Quick Access on my Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20 but it works on iPhone 6S Plus. Please fix this.
I've attempted to install this app on my Android several times. Each time I receive a code via email to type in and submit, I get an 'Invalid Input' error message. The ironic part is I've been a member when it was not Orion, but MATCU and I'm not able to see my account information...crazy.
UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW: Very responsive to these reviews!😊 they reset my issue with quick assess. Yes, fixed it. Just tried to sign in and was successful. No other issues to report. Meets all my needs. Very convenient.
Never open up
Will not let me create a quick access log in it just keep spinning. This has been going on for over a year now.
I am having an issue sending money, it keeps saying Systen Error. Can this be fixed? Otherwise, this is a great App, Great Bank and some of the sweetest customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. Keep up the great work Orion.
The app will not work at all, and the tec support folks at orion have been completely useless. Nice, but useless..
